February & March are TRX month at Fuel Fitness
What is TRX???-TRX is the original Suspension Trainer, that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.TRX is for all levels of fitness and has modifications for all students. Come take a class Monday 10 am with Jennifer Kane, Tuesday 8 or 9 am with Kristin Tudor-Mehl, Thursday at 10 am with Carrie Marxen or Saturday at 8 am with Jennifer Kane. All of our TRX classes are circuits and have cardio intervals, just to make sure you are getting it all.
ALL MONDAY, 10 AM TRX CLASSES WILL BE INTRO/BEGINNER TRX CLASSES
FIRST CLASS is FREE

Introducing TEEN TRX & YOGA
Starting the week of March 9 through the week of May 4, with no classes the week of April 13 (spring break), yoga will be offered Monday's and TRX Friday's from 3:30-4:15 pm.
Stacy Ross our Yoga teacher has run many workshops and sessions for teens as the former owner of Fair Haven Yoga, she is also a mom to 3 active teenagers.
Kathy Alter our TRX instructor has been a fitness, speed, TRX and agility coach for many years and specializes in working with children and teens.
These classes are perfect to keep in shape off session or to compliment any sport your child participates in. Cost $99 for each 8 week session.
