I have been an athlete all of my life and have turned working out into an enjoyable part of my daily life. Staying fit has become more difficult over the years, but by mixing up my workouts (making them fun, safe and interesting) I am achieving my goals without injuries. Come take a class from the best group of teachers in the area, each has the same philosophy I do and all are dedicated to your productive safe workouts. Erin has been teaching Zumba for four going on five years! She began teaching her sophomore year at Rowan University where she attended college. Erin had an absolute blast doing what she loves, and inspiring women at the university to find the FUN in FITNESS too! With the Zumba class selling out week after week, the staff added on another class for Erin to teach called, “Erin’s Explosion”. This class focused on toning legs, gluteus, arms, and core. Erin minored in Dance, and was the co-captain on the college dance team. She has performed in multiple shows at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank. As her full time job, Erin will be teaching preschool at the Rumson Country Day School beginning this Fall, 2015. In the summers, she teaches private swimming lessons, coaches the Middletown swim team, and runs a synchronized swimming program. She is thrilled to be a part of the team at Fuel Fitness and is excited to have you join her party! Now come for a good ZUMBA sweat Thursday nights at 6pm & send your little ones to dance with her Monday afternoons at 4pm

Following in her mother's footsteps, Jennifer (Fuel's founder) Katie earned her certification in Spinning through MadDog Athletics just after she turned eighteen and got her start teaching spin classes at Fuel the summer before left for college. Katie is a cycle, pilates and conditioning instructor at Elon University, where she was hired the first semester of her freshman year. She has been able to learn and grow at Elon from her training and from teaching students from all over the country and the world. Katie is also minoring in Health and Wellness Education and plans on expanding her knowledge on health and continuing to earn certifications in group fitness. She is primarily known for her creative and constantly changing playlists, as well as her volume on the bikes. Katie has been an instructor for just over a year now and is so grateful to be part of an amazing and inspiring group of women who have taught her so much, not only about fitness, but also about how important it is to take care of your mind and body.

I teach both Spin/Cycle classes and total body conditioning for Fuel Fitness. My favorite part about working in this industry is that I love to teach, motivate and connect with people while building a wellness community. Staying educated within the industry is important to me as I have attended both the IDEA Personal training East conference and DC/AC Fitness conventions this year and every year. I am a member of the American Council Of Exercise. I read fitness journals and stay abreast with current fitness trends in the market. Jennifer and the Fuel Fitness family have developed a good reputation in the community of women coming together to forge healthy lifestyles and accomplish fitness goals. I am happy to be part of a team where this important work is happening!

During my years as a Ford and Wilhelmina model it was vital to maintain a disciplined regimen of eating properly and exercising regularly. With an expanding family, currently a mother of 3 children, this could be challenging at times, but I was able to develop a routine and balance that worked for my busy lifestyle. Discipline and athleticism were always an important part of my teenage years growing up in Lithuania as well. As a high school runner and novice model a healthy lifestyle was essential. The culmination of these experiences has developed into my newest endeavor fitness training. More recently I’ve enhanced my knowledge and expertise of fitness by obtaining my NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) license. Now I would like to share my approach of staying fit and toned by introducing “ModelForm by Laura McGuire" - a high repetition, low weight training combined with high intensity cardio. We will be targeting all muscle groups using our own body weight, free weights, and other modalities. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and to pass on along some of the experiences that have worked for me.

My passion is to make fitness an integral part of one’s daily lifestyle while developing self-confidence and poise. I want to make training FUN with an emphasis on strong minds and strong bodies. My clients range in age from nine to sixty-two years old. As a passionate and motivational personal trainer, TRX Instructor, and certified running coach, I focus on core strength, flexibility, and balance in all aspects. I have successfully completed five marathons and a multitude of other races at all distances. Youth Fitness Instructor for boys and girls aged 10 to 13 years old. The goal of the class is to help the child develop strong fundamental skills, using innovative, fun and challenging drills. The class focuses on strength, flexibility, core-strength, speed and agility.

In the fitness profession for over 10 years, Renee started out as a personal trainer. She since broadened her certifications to AAAI/ISMA Spinning, Kickboxing, Insanity, and Sports Nutrition; and is also a certified Real Ryder instructor. She brings her joy of life and music to her classes, and rumor has it that not too many people leave any class of hers without sweating, smiling, humming, feeling better, and knowing they got the best workout in the time alotted. Renee is known not only for her professional expertise, but also for her patience and attention to detail. Fuel students will be challenged but still feel comfortable! She will easily bring the most novice of beginners up to speed with the advanced athlete, creating and maintaining a comfortable, inviting and cohesive environment. Renee makes everyone feel welcome, important, capable of reaching or maintaining their goals, and of reaching the stars! She is happy to be a part of Fuel Fitness.

Eleonora - From the sprawling tattoos to her flowing Italian accent, yoga instructor Eleonora Zampatti is to yoga what the moon is to the tides. One cannot move if the other is stagnant. This is exactly the purpose that Eleonora sets for her students and classes. For every pose, there is a gentle intention. For every emotion, there is an unbiased connection. She encourages her students to listen to their bodies, find their inner voices, and rewrite any stories that don’t honor their truths.
