Classes

PLEASE always sign up for classes to ensure your spot and to be up-to-date on all schedule changes!

Policies:

Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, if you are out for a medical reason we are happy to freeze them until you have recovered.Ten class packs expire after 6 months, 20 class packs expire after 12 months.

In an effort to offer the best, safest and most affective classes our schedule does change. For the most up to date information please check the website and like us on facebook.

We are closed Christmas Day, New Years Day & for a week at the end of August. Any monthly package that includes August will get an extra week added on.

7 am classes require sign ups by 10 pm the evening before, if no one is signed up by then the class is canceled.

Fuel prides ourselves on being both professional and welcoming, we are open to feedback please feel free to share yours.

Cancelation Policy: If you are signed up for and do not cancel more than 2 hours prior to the start of the class passbook members will be charged for the class, unlimited monthly class pack people will be charged a $15 no show/late cancel fee. Bikes  & TRX straps are held for 5 minutes after start of class.

BARRE PILATES

This Ballet Barre class combines a perfect blend of Pilates, balance, sculpting, stretching and ballet barre to develop flexibility, balance & long lean sculpted muscles. Great for all fitness levels.

BODY SCULPT

A complete conditioning class using weights, resistance tubes, ankle weights, rings or balls. This class tones your entire body. Great for all fitness levels.

YOGA CORE

Yoga Core is a great yoga flow class with an emphsis on toning the core.

TRX CIRCUIT

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. All fitness levels welcome.

This class is a high repetition, low weight training combined with high intensity cardio.  We will be targeting all muscle groups using our own body weight, free weights, and other modalities.  I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and to pass on along some of the experiences that have worked for me.

 

POWER-FLOW YOGA

A dynamic vinyasa style class including vigorous Sun Salutations, standing and seated postures, and forward/back bending. All fitness levels welcome.

CYCLING

Indoor cycling, the ultimate indoor cardio, 45 minutes classes burn 500-650 calories. Our instructors are motivating, play great music and are safe! All levels welcome, heartrate montior recommended.

Sculpt/TRX/Cardio Boot Camp

Get it all in one class -  this class has cardio, TRX & weight intervals.
